INDUCTIVE CURING

In order to meet the needs of our customers concerning a partial increase in the wear resistance of their components, these parts are produced on the partially flexible convertible induction curing units of hpc.

This occurs at precisely defined positions with accurately monitored process parameters in order to achieve the required value of the surface hardness and depth of penetration.

In these systems, as well, the degree of automation is determined according to the efficiency of the process and the fulfilment of customer requirements.
